Only answers delay our time

So, it´s been a while since the last post… Vocals are being done – meticulously and slowly, that is. Due to other commitments the sessions for our sophomore album have been delayed a bit. Not to worry though, we´ll get back to work next month the latest. Songs such as Heights, Run for Your Life, A Well Kept Secret and Hope & Desire are done, nine more to go.

We´ve also started contemplating on the cover art, the tracklisting, the album title – the usual. More news on those will be posted asap.

We´re getting there, bare with us. It´ll be worth the wait.

So, we are almost ready. The album sounds amazing already. It’s gonna be a record of the century!

Brothers in arms

Heart stoppin’, pants droppin’, heart rockin’, earth shakin’…

Yep, that’s what it sounds like. Our upcoming album I mean. Today we recorded 10 hours of guitars, and what a marvellous day it was! Our friends Telecaster, ES-335, SG and Stratocaster were all in good mood, they all sounded just fabulous. Crunchy and crispy. Next studio sessions will be held at 11th of March, and after that everything’s done except the vocals. So, things are going very well. Stay tuned for more info, take care!

As you can see from below, we´ve got one of those too. Lauri´s talented little sister came and put some poetic sheen to our caveman stomp. The song, You King is also a serious contender for the album opener (after the intro, that is). We´re quite unanimous about the follow-up song too, but after that it gets difficult.. Well, let´s finish the recordings first and then start fighting!

Anyhow, almost all the keyboard parts are done. Next on the line are rest of the guitars and after that, the vocals. Oh, and some trumpet is still needed for one song. And maybe something else… As always, we´ll keep you informed.
