February 19, 2008As you can see from below, we´ve got one of those too. Lauri´s talented little sister came and put some poetic sheen to our caveman stomp. The song, You King is also a serious contender for the album opener (after the intro, that is). We´re quite unanimous about the follow-up song too, but after that it gets difficult.. Well, let´s finish the recordings first and then start fighting!
Anyhow, almost all the keyboard parts are done. Next on the line are rest of the guitars and after that, the vocals. Oh, and some trumpet is still needed for one song. And maybe something else… As always, we´ll keep you informed.

February 18, 2008So, another weekend (16-17.2.) of studio activity behind us. The record starts to shape up and let me tell you, it´s sounding awesome! Nothing to do with the Starflower of the old.. Bad news for some perhaps, but.. oh well. There´s some stadion-sized guitars, weird synth bleeps and thudding bass lines. The whole package. And there´s actually going to be 13 tracks on the album as soon as we get the “intro thingy” done. Can´t drop any, they´re all great!
Some photographic proof should appear here soon. Stay tuned.
Welcome to the machine
February 15, 2008Train Kept A Rollin’
February 14, 2008Yep, the recordings have begun. Everything’s going on very well, we’ve got all the drum & bass lines ready, and some sounds from the keyboards too. Next weekend (16.-17.2.08) there’s going to be some rock’n roll time with guitars & vocals. And possibly with cello & trumpet also. There will be 12 tracks on the new album, with songs like You King, False Alarm, Heights, Imaginary Friend and Light As A Feather. All those are real goldies, of course!
Gotta go go go, see ya!
